Commercial leases need to be drafted and examined carefully. As
there are few legal requirements to a commercial lease, it is important that
the lease reflects the needs of the parties. For example, if you operate a
massage parlor, you would want to make sure the landlord in your building
did not rent to a dentist whose drill you could hear through the walls.
