2. Mold Remediation Requirements (Tenant Mold Remediation Act)
Lease Requirement
: At signing (or upon request), leases must include a
mold‑prevention brochure

Landlord Obligations

Perform a
mold assessment within 15 days
after tenant notification of mold.
Remediate visible mold within 45 days
