June Employee of the Month

Pedro is the employee of the month for June. Pedro was nominated because not only does he do his grounds man/porter's work, but he also helps Adonis turn units, handle projects and also manages to assist 17 W and Beltway, when needed. As you know, Virginia Towers has 150 units and 2 commercial clients. More work than one man can handle, but Pedro never complains when he is assigned to assist Adonis or do work other than his usual duties. He single handedly maintains the garbage, pulling 2 dumpsters out at trash time and also the recyclables from 13 trash rooms, breaking down boxes, handling cans and bottles. Even dumpster diving when needed! Tenants are forever losing their keys, glasses, medicines and wallets in the chute.

It is hard to find dedicated employees like Pedro that do it ALL with no complaints!

Salvador Manchame is our employee of the month for July of 2017 ! Not only does he do his job the fullest and comes to work everyday with the "lets get it done" attitude. He has gone to other properties to help out while knowing that it is going to make his work fall behind on his already hectic schedule. He just says its Ok I'll have to work faster to catch up. The month of July he took on 2 major projects that saved our property close to $10,00.00 by doing the work in house and yet still got 3 units ready for move in on the 1st. I think you will all agree his is worthy of July Employee of The Month.
