Last month, we completed the roof replacement of the lower roof at the West Friendship Shopping Center. This latest replacement continues our commitment to improving the shopping center for both our tenants, their customers, and the community. Starting in 2015, the following improvements have been made :
- Facade replacement including expanded window openings for the second-floor office space and new windows for that space.
- Upper roof replacement
- lower roof replacement
- resurfacing of the parking lots
- new shopping center signage
- security cameras
- Some of the improvements you can't necessarily see are
- drilling of a second water well
- improvements to the water treatment room
- replacement and modernization of the septic system
- the addition of water meters in each of the commercial suites to better manage and control water usage
- We also want to thank all the tenants of the shopping center who have expanded and/or remodeled their spaces during this time. These tenants include Dunkin Donuts, Friendship Liquors, Tony's Pizza, West Friendship, Joy's Hair Star, Howard County Family Dentistry, and Highs.
