Our Corporate Offices Have Moved, But We Are Still In Towson

​Bayview Management, LLC was formed in 1995 by the late Hermes Rafailides.  Bayview was originally headquartered at 4604-4606 Eastern Avenue in the heart of Greektown.  Since 1959, Bayview shared offices with Raf Realty.  After 46 years in Greektown, Bayview Management, LLC moved to Towson in October of 2005.  

Recently Bayview has moved to 500 Virginia Avenue, Suite G-2, Towson because 17 West Pennsylvania Avenue is being converted to residential apartments with the introduction of Mercury Apartments to the heart of Towson.  The apartments will feature modern amenities and some will have amazing balcony views of Towson.
