The Baltimore County Council on Tuesday unanimously approved a plan to transform the Bosley Mansion in Southland Hills into luxury condominiums.
“The Bosley Mansion is a historic gem in Towson, and the expansive lawn is a key green space for the Southland Hills community,” Councilman David Marks said in a statement. “I believe the plan for condominiums at this site is the most realistic plan for renovating the mansion and preserving as much of the green space as possible. I appreciate the strong support from the Southland Hills Improvement Association, the Greater Towson Council of Community Associations, and the Preservation Alliance of Baltimore County.”
