What to Look for in a Real Estate Investment

I was asked recently what's the one thing you should look for in a real estate investment. The answer was it's always about location -- kind of. Now matter how big you get, if your organization fell apart and you lost all your staff, would you be able to go knock on that door and collect that rent.
